The Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) played an important role in the establishment of the Australian Indigenous Minority Supplier Council (AIMSC), an initiative backed by Federal Government to enable large corporations to procure products and services from Indigenous-owned businesses.
“The Chamber is keen to assist with the development of AIMSC, as part of its social inclusion programs, which aim to make Australia a more competitive and compassionate society,” said Anthony Hollis, then CEO of the AICC and a board member of AIMSC. “The Chamber’s strength is to introduce corporate Australia to this initiative via our extensive network of influential business and political leaders.”
AIMSC is today known as Supply Nation.
